Hi folks, if any of you get to read this. If you find I’ve been inaccurate anywhere, or you can help me fill in some missing details, please leave a comment and I’ll amend where appropriate. Also, a couple of points to note:

1. I realised recently I’ve been spelling Raff’s name wrongly, Rafaele instead of the correct Raffaele. For the sake of continuity I carried on spelling it wrongly.

2. If you are trying to match my day numbers to our itinerary day numbers, subtract 2 from my day numbers. As Mrs Tom and I started our holiday with a couple of extra nights in Bangkok, my numbers started two days before the tour started.

3. Mrs Tom is referred to as such in a vague attempt in keeping her identity off the Internet, and for mild humour. She has no real online identity and prefers to keep it that way, which is why I never refer to her by name. I know it’s not that hard to follow it through if you really wanted to, but that’s just how I do it.
